Brian Joseph Transportation maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of intoxicating substances by any driver while providing transportation-for-hire services.
No driver operating on behalf of Brian Joseph Transportation may consume, possess, use, or be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any other intoxicating substance while providing transportation-for-hire services.
A driver must not provide transportation services when his or her ability to operate a motor vehicle safely is impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication, or any other intoxicating substance.
Brian Joseph Transportation is committed to maintaining safe transportation services and will take all reports of suspected impairment seriously.
Any passenger who reasonably suspects that a driver is under the influence of an intoxicating substance should discontinue the ride when it is safe to do so and immediately report the incident.

Upon receiving a complaint alleging that a driver violated this zero-tolerance policy, Brian Joseph Transportation will promptly investigate the complaint. A driver who is reasonably suspected of being under the influence of an intoxicating substance will not be permitted to provide transportation-for-hire services while the matter is being investigated.
Any confirmed violation of this policy will result in appropriate action, including removal of the driver from providing transportation services on behalf of Brian Joseph Transportation.
